Conveniently located near the bus terminal. Concierge service was helpful with booking tours. The room is big and has great views.
Visited August 2023. We really liked this hotel while staying in Phuket. It was clean, and the rooms were spacious and up to date. There is a spa and restaurants, and within walking distance of a ton of street shops and restaurants.
Have you ever used the space? Make an appointment with a friend to drink coffee and eat cake, as well as follow up on making zhao. Meetings, seminars and organizing various public activities such as cycling and Hotelier CSR events.

Probably the tallest hotel in old town and an amazing view from the rooftop restaurant to see all the way out to Phi Phi islands.The rooms are not new by any means, but they are big and the best is comfy.Inside the hotel there is one of the biggest gyms I've ever seen. It really is massive and takes up at least half an entire floor.The pool access via the gym is also pretty big, but no ambience there. No bar, no service. It's just a pool.Breakfast at the restaurant was decent but didn't vary much during our stay. Luckily it was pretty consistently good.Location was not too bad and everything is definitely in walking distance, but with the heat it would be better to stay somewhere two or three blocks closer to the main streets.Massage in the hotel was excellent, although you pay a premium to not have to leave the hotel. 900 baht for a massage isn't toooooo bad, but across the road at moon massage spa it's half that and sometimes two hours for 450 baht on special.Overall this was a nice stay and all the staff were really nice, especially the security guard who would salute and say hello every time we walked past 🙏😁Cocktails in the evening were 350 baht a go, so it encouraged us to go elsewhere.
The hotel is located in the heart of Phuket city, close to the first bus station. There is spacious and convenient parking. Good service staff The surrounding area of the hotel is quiet and not chaotic. You can walk to various tourist attractions within the city.
